Rum Dictador Sinfonía — PARDO 2004 — Tasting Notes Nose: Red apples, blackcurrant leaf, figs, dates and old leather. There is also nutmeg and mace, with some pink peppercorns and a hint of ginger. Palate: Really fruity with notes of plums, damsons, and fig. There is also leather and oak spices, with some cinnamon too. Finish: The cinnamon comes through with a hint of vanilla.
