Rum Dictador Sinfonía — BORBÓN 2004 — Tasting Notes (41%) Nose: White grapes and elderflower, backed with allspice and cinnamon. Some pineapple and a note of red apple. Palate: Ginger with a hint of olive oil, thyme and some notes of cinnamon. Then the fruits come in: mango, pineapple, guava, red apples and some black grape notes. Finish: A hint of spice with a note of ginger.
