The name “Rima” — meaning “rime” — evokes poetic harmony, mirroring the perfect synergy of flavours achieved through patient aging in American Oak with Port and Sherry influences. Each bottling reveals a refined balance, deep complexity and a unique sensory narrative. Rum Dictador Rima I — SHERRY FINISH 1999 — Tasting Notes Nose: Candied orange with spun sugar and toasted marshmallow. Crêpes Suzette gives a warm and welcoming aroma, underpinned by vanilla. Palate: Fruity notes of satsuma, orange peel and vanilla work together, backed by black pepper and lifted with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish: Dry with hints of ginger and oak spices.

Nose

Palate
