Rum Dictador Rima I — PORT FINISH 2002 — Tasting Notes Nose: There is a note of dusty church pews and leather armchairs — a real vintage feel to the aromas. These are complemented by delicate oak spices and hints of warm cooking apples dusted with sugar and cinnamon. Palate: Earthy forest floors and freshly cut oak work with softer Victoria sponge cake notes. Sweet vanilla, walnut husks and nutmeg complete the profile. Finish: Nutty notes linger, joined by accents of dark, soft sugar.
