Rum Dictador Obra Sherry Cask 1998 (44%) — Tasting Notes Nose: Bold notes of cherry jam, black forest gateau, freshly cut oak, black pepper and leather. Palate: Rich vanilla pods with a hint of cinnamon and some dying embers of an open fire which give this depth and an unusually fired note. Finish: Charred oak notes linger on the depth with some dark chocolate.
