Rum Dictador Obra Vintage 2000 — American Oak — Tasting Notes (42%) Nose: Bourbon spices with some maple syrup and a hint of rose water. A touch of runny honey. Palate: Ginger cake with some notes of fresh pancakes and more maple syrup come through. A lift of fresh ginger at the end, too. Finish: Vanilla and ginger with clove.
