The rums in this collection have been expertly aged in American Oak barrels with Sherry and Port cask finishes, resulting in a unique and complex flavor profile that is sure to delight the senses. Rum Dictador Bosquejo Sherry 2005 – Tasting Notes Vintage: 2005 Cask: Sherry ABV: 42% Volume: 700 ml Nose: A hint of charred oak smoke, with some clove spice and a note of rich cinnamon. Black olives, too. Palate: The earthy black olive is base of the taste, with some notes of black pepper, a hint of all spice and some vanilla oak. Finish: Vanilla and cream soda.
