Taking inspiration from the Spanish word “bosquejo” meaning “sketch,” Dictador’s Master Blender Hernan Parra has created a unique and versatile spirit that evolves like a work of art — each batch offering slightly different character and depth. Every bottle is hand-crafted under Parra’s supervision and aged in American Oak barrels with Sherry and Port cask finishes, resulting in rich complexity and distinctive sensory expression. Rum Dictador Bosquejo Port 1993 (43%) — Tasting Notes Nose: Milk chocolate wafer biscuits, with some stroopwafel, and reduced red wine notes. Some nutmeg and a touch of almonds. Palate: Creamy vanilla, toffee sauce, some hints of oak and big cinnamon towards the end. An underlying touch of allspice and some liquorice. Finish: Bold, rich and full of oak dryness.
