Dictador 2 Masters is a cross-category collaboration project where Dictador sends its aged Colombian rum to elite producers in whisky, cognac, champagne, sherry, Tokaji and more. These masters continue maturation in their own cellars, reshaping Dictador’s rum under their philosophy and casks — creating rare, highly protected luxury expressions. Rum Dictador 2 Masters Barton 1979/1982 — Blend— Tasting Notes Nose: Toasted coconuts deliver a tropical feel, with lime zest brightness, oak spices and a hint of vanilla. Fresh pineapple and pine add aromatic depth. Palate: Soft and delicate — starting with toasted marshmallow before evolving into juicy tropical fruits. A return of lightly toasted coconut adds mellow richness. Finish: Menthol and ginger notes enhance the tropical delicacy experienced on the palate, adding depth and a satisfying, flavourful conclusion.
