Each partner continues maturation in their own domain — in different cellars, on different continents, under the expertise of another master — reshaping the rum through their distinctive craft, climate and cask influence. Rum Dictador 2 Masters Glenfarclas 1977 — Tasting Notes Nose: Freshly ground coffee and earthy patchouli open the experience. Ripe plums, blackcurrant leaf and peach melba add mellow fruit layers. Toasted vanilla and almond warmth deepen the aroma. Palate: Rounded, smooth and creamy — impeccably brewed coffee layered with rich treacle toffee. Cracked black pepper, BBQ char and subtle savoury nuances give structure and depth. Finish: A harmonious interplay of cinnamon and nutmeg with the sweetness of black tea. Blackcurrant notes return, leaving a long, flavourful and refined conclusion.
